Dispatches Programme, Channel 4

The Dispatches Programme on Channel 4, Monday 25th June was obviously hugely disappointing because of the way it depicted clients being treated by Funeralcare, but also because it undermined the incredible work the majority of bereavement care organisations perform for their bereaved families.
How sad that fifteen years after the programme on Channel 4 showing coffin miselling within what was SCI UK, we find ourselves in the same situation with another of our large corporate providers. Surely, time for those who "police" our industry to show their teeth and offer a positive response.
